On our opening night, May 2nd, there will be a free food truck available. For the two conference days (May 3-4), food will be available for purchase.
In 2021, it was promised that tickets could be exchanged for the next edition. However, the next edition in 2024.
This year we are organizing a smaller (and cheaper) festival called “And& Connect”, focused on startups and scale-ups. You are welcome to exchange your ticket for the upcoming big edition.
We cooperate with Fienta, a ticketing platform headquartered in Estonia. Payments are processed through them, so it is normal for the account number to be from Estonia
It is no longer possible to apply for breakout sessions, but don't worry! Check out our program and discover all our other talks, deep dives and networking opportunities.
If you have purchased a ticket and wish to reschedule it for another day, please send a message to info@andleuven.com, and we will assist you. Please note that it is not possible to cancel your ticket.

Upon arrival at And& Connect, you will receive a unique badge that grants you access to the event. Simply present this badge upon your return, and you will be able to enter again that day.
No, the event will only take place in-person.
Yes, the festival locations are situated in the center of Leuven, within walking distance from the train station. If you prefer not to walk, you can also take a bus to M Leuven (a 2-minute ride). We highly recommend coming by train! Leuven is easily accessible by public transportation, and it's an environmentally friendly choice - a win-win!

Absolutely! Networking is a central focus of the event. In addition to speakers and other activities, there will be various networking opportunities such as receptions, one-on-one meetings facilitated by the Conversation Starter app, co-working spaces, and more. It's the ultimate networking event!
